Six more days until we go to Uncle Dave’s house!

Yesterday, Luke woke up, came out of his room, and this is the first thing he said. We are excited about our upcoming Thanksgiving Trip!


When I am sick, God will make me better.

Luke isn’t feeling well, and even pulled himself out of his last soccer game. He looked pitiful. This morning he said this, and it melted my heart. I told him, that yes, God would. Luke then added:

…so I don’t have to go to the doctor and get a shot.


You forgot to be kidding me!

Luke trying to say, “You have got to be kidding me.” It is one of his new favorite expressions, and it is so cute that I don’t correct him. Is that wrong? :)
